  • What can I do when my order is late?
    Hopefully, the shipment won’t take longer than expected. If your product takes longer to arrive than expected, please contact us via email (foodcirclenl@gmail.com) and we can analyze the reason for the delay and figure out a solution.
  • The payment does not work properly. What can I do?
    Check your server and wifi connection to make sure your technical difficulties don’t result from server or wifi issues. If you still have technical difficulties while paying, contact us via email (foodcirclenl@gmail.com).
  • I did not receive the confirmation email. What can I do?
    If this issue arises, please contact us via email (foodcirclenl@gmail.com).
  • What if my product is damaged?
    We very much hope that you are satisfied with our product. Nevertheless, in the case, your product should arrive damaged in some form, we, of course, offer a refund. You can just contact us via email (foodcirclenl@gmail.com) and we will provide you with further steps for your refund. Please inform us as soon as possible to follow refund guidelines and to make sure we can guarantee your refund.
  • Do I need to pay for the costs of returning the product?
    If your product is damaged, please contact us via email (foodcirclenl@gmail.com) as soon as possible and we will advise you on all the further steps. You won’t have to pay the shipment costs for the return of course.
  • What if there’s a card missing in my deck?
    If the problem of a missing card should arise, contact us via email (foodcirclenl@gmail.com).
  • When do I have to inform you about damage to my product?
    Please inform us as soon as you notice an issue. The limit to notify us is seven days. This way, we can make sure that the product’s damage results on our side.
  • What if I am unhappy with my order?

  • How do you incorporate the principle of sustainability in your projects?
    We are founded on sustainability. This means that every decision from the process of making, advertising, packaging, delivery, to the product itself is as sustainable as possible. Therefore, our suppliers and production is located regionally. We also use eco-friendly materials.
  • What materials do you use?
    For the Zero Waste Chef Card Game, we use biotop natural paper, water based ink for the printing, black and white ink on the backside of the cards to save ink and linen pouches. In order to not waste paper, the rules are available online or by simply scanning the QR code from the website or the first card in the deck.
  • Why is the booklet a pdf document?
    The most sustainable way to publish a book is to do it online. This is why we offer it as a pdf document.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    About three to four weeks for shipping outside of the Netherlands and about two weeks in the Netherlands.
  • How can I order and pay?
    You can choose the product you’d like to order on our website and just need to follow the steps to finalize the payment. You can also use the Instagram shopping option to order our products.
  • How safe is my data with you?
