We are inspired by the philosophy of these three individuals

Muhammad Yunus
Muhammad Yunus is a Bangladeshi social entrepreneur, banker, economist, and civil society leader who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006 for founding the Grameen Bank and pioneering the concepts of microcredit and microfinance. The money he lent poor entrepreneurs qualified them for bank loans and got them back on their feet. His work and philosophies are a driving force behind framing Sapient as a social business.
We strive to run a social business in a conscious and sustainable way in order to provide a better future for the new generations. In everything we do, we are inspired by three main individuals: Muhammad Yunus, Ricardo Semler and the Dalai Lama.
Values
Our core values are respect for each other, freedom, compassion and honesty. We also value the ability to adapt to changes and new situations. We are proudly accepting differences and do not tolerate any kind of discrimination.
We believe that every individual is unique and talented, and has the potential to make a positive change for
this Earth.
